MD Driving Solutions has the right to withdraw the tuition car on the day of the driving test if, in the instructors opinion, the candidate is not deemed to be at the required test standard. MD Driving Solutions cannot be responsible for lesson cancellations due to mechanical breakdown but will endeavor to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible. MD Driving Solutions will provide a dual controlled car in a clean, tidy and roadworthy condition. Pupils must be in possession of a current and valid driving licence. Smoking in not permitted in the MD Driving Solution vehicles at any time. MD Driving Solutions requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelled lessons and you may be liable for the cost of your booked lesson if the required notice period is not given.
